We collect your email address and password when you create an account. During sessions, we process your chat messages to generate AI tutor responses. We also collect usage data such as session lengths, topics chosen, and learning path progress to personalize your experience and improve the service.
We use your information to provide and personalize the AI Comfort Coach service, process payments, send service-related communications, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your conversation messages are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate tutor responses. We store session history to enable features like the AI Chief of Staff personality. You may request deletion of your session data at any time by contacting us.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure database storage through Supabase. Your password is never stored in plain text.
We use cookies to maintain your login session and remember your preferences. These are necessary for the service to function and are not used for advertising tracking.
